A Limestone County farmhouse owner wanted to retire from re-shingling every 18–20 years and step up to a standing-seam metal roof. We delivered a 22 ga standing-seam install in Burnished Slate that should outlast the owners' time in the home.
The Problem
Third shingle roof in 35 years, owner tired of repeat replacement cycles. Wanted long-life roof with farmhouse aesthetic and lower summer cooling bills.

Late summer install — high temps required early-morning starts and high-temp underlayment specification.
Project Scope
- Full tear-off of existing shingle layers
- Inspect and replace 6 sheets of OSB decking
- Install high-temp synthetic underlayment
- Standing-seam metal panel install — custom-cut on site
- All hidden fastener clips
- Custom hip and ridge flashing
- New aluminum drip edge in matching color
